Rhythm Nation

A 5Rhythms Inspired Dance Space

Sunday March 22
1 - 3.30 pm

Humans have danced together since the beat of the very first drum. In celebration, in grief, in preparation, and in prayer. Come let the rhythms move you and dance yourself back into your center.

No moves, no performance. Just your body and the beat.

This is a gently-held, sober space for organic movement and deep inward connection. Come find your people on the floor.

Space is limited. Please arrive on time.
Suggested donation: 500 INR (NOTAFLOF)
