Humans have danced together since the beat of the very first drum. In celebration, in hardship, in preparation, and prayer. Come let the rhythms move you and dance yourself back into your center.

No moves, no performance. Just your body and the beat.

This is a gently-held, sober space for organic movement and deep inward connection. Come find your people on the floor.

Your facilitator, Dore Ann, is a somatic practitioner and bodyworker from the US whose journey into body-based spiritual practice has been anchored and cultivated in Rishikesh since 2013. This container was a life-giving resource for the community here after lock down and she is delighted to bring this practice back to Tapovan.
